Core Yoga & Meditation
  Designed for those non-martial artists as well as the experienced that are seeking for something to relax or balance your self after long days of work and activities. Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga are taught in a flow of using the breath to string movements together to keep the mind in the moment throughout the practice. Yoga is essential in helping relieve stress, relax and rejuvenate, build strength and flexibility, increase energy and unite Mind-Body-Spirit. We will emphasize the Yogic meditations and Vipassana (Insight meditation) in the tradition taught by S.N. Goenka. Additionally, health and proper nutrition will be emphasized as an integral part of the program.
